CITRIS eVolve

eVolve is our simulation-based tool designed to help the University of California determine suitable future VTOL airport locations.

CITRIS is a UC Research Center hosting an Aviation Competition for the 2025-2026 school year.

DAC is participating in the challenge to help CITRIS and the University of California plan a future expansion of drone-based VTOL airports (vertiports). 

We are creating a simulation software to evaluate millions of potential future airport locations and setups.

Our proposal will include our final list of ideal locations as well as an economic impact analysis and potential roadmap.
